SR Brut Sparkling wine is made in the methode traditionnelle. A pale lemon in color, its bubbles crown the rim of each glass like a bracelet of diamonds. It offers aromas of autumn harvest apples and bread dough rising on the hearth. Hints of apple pie and marzipan tarry alongside the crisp minerality that lingers on the palate. Delightful to sip on its own, or paired with a sunset. Cheers!

SR Brut comes from a vineyard at an elevation of 2,742 feet, one of the highest vineyard in all of Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

Our locally famous expert farmer, Nacho Flores, dons his cowboy hat and drives the forty minute bumpy dirt road to manage the vineyard at any time of day or night with gentle loving vigilance.
Stephanie Rivin, with her characteristically sharp wit and a self-driven hands-on winemaking education, crafts our wines using old world traditional techniques to coax each batch of fruit into displaying its unique character
